Where Did You Go?!

Sometimes, even when you really really love doing a thing, you need a break. I reached that point, and I chose to step back rather than risk coming to resent this work. And it worked! I missed making products terribly, and so now after a little mental health hiatus, I’m back!

Where’s All The Stuff Tho?

During my break I realized most of what stressed me out was filling and refilling – it was too daunting during times of bad brain days. So rather than stress myself further, I decided to pare down significantly. TTL now operates on a more casual schedule with a lot less pressure to create. You get quality goods, I get to have fun making them – everybody wins!

Will You Be At [Craft Show]?

Our appearance at various craft shows depends upon whether we have the time and money to do so. You can help with the money part by buying our products and spreading the word about us to your friends!

Can I Order Old Items/Custom Items?

We do have limited stock of older items. If you have a scent/product you’d like to order, contact us to ask if it’s in stock. We may periodically list older items on the site to order. We accept custom orders! Please contact us with information about what custom item you’d like [perfume oil or salve stick] and we’ll get back to you with pricing!

Do You Ship Internationally?

Unfortunately, because of rising costs of shipping internationally, we are unable to ship to any international country except Canada. If you have a special request and are willing to pay the extra shipping cost, you can contact us for arrangements.

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

All shipping occurs through USPS First Class Mail.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

The current turnaround time for orders is 14 business days unless a specific shipping date is mentioned on the product page. Once shipped, orders should arrive within 1-4 business days. If you have not received your package after 10 business days, contact USPS. You can contact us about a missing package after 14 business days.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept PayPal and credit cards via Stripe.

How Do I Place An Order?

Simply add items to your cart and check out!

Do I Need An Account To Place An Order?

You do not need an account to place an order. However, it is recommended to keep track of your orders and to take advantage of frequent shopper perks.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Changes to orders cannot be made. Instead, you will need to cancel your order and resubmit. To cancel an order, enter your account and cancel. Orders cannot be canceled after an order is marked as shipped.

How Do I Track My Order?

You will receive an email with a tracking number for your order once your order has been marked as shipped. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to update.

How Can I Return A Product?

Due to the nature of the products, returns are not accepted. If you have a problem with a product, please contact us and we will discuss the next step.
